Tallyho has been the heart of our community for decades.
It is the foundation of life-long memories and friendships. In 2019 we celebrated our 50th Anniversary. Come join us to kick off the 50 years of the best swimming, sun and fun in Potomac!
Enjoy our beautiful five-acre wooded oasis, as you relax and cool off on hot summer days and cheer for our amazing swim team, the Tallyho Foxes, as they compete in Montgomery County Swim League events.
Our heated pools allow us to offer an extended season, beginning in mid-May and ending in mid-September. Two lighted tennis courts are available for member use as well as a beach volleyball court and sports deck. A number of our facilities can be reserved for birthday parties and other special events. Steps away is Buck Branch Local Park which offers additional recreation options including a playground, more tennis and basketball courts and a soccer field.
Popular activities include our famous holiday picnics (Memorial, Independence, and Labor Days), float nights, movie nights and much more. Swim lessons are available for the kids and for the more dedicated swimmers, there are permanent lap lanes and early bird swim sessions. We also offer a water aerobics class.
